What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we save your name, email, company, role, country, optional phone number, selected tool, tool answers, generated result, contact preferences and submission time. Please do not include employee names, sensitive personal information or confidential business details in your answers.

Before you submit, assessment answers remain in this browser tab. The server uses a short-lived essential session cookie to protect form submissions. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

How we use it

Your contact details and answers are saved before your result is generated. Your contact details let us keep your enquiry and, if requested, discuss training for your team. You can read your result on screen, download a text copy or print it as a PDF; this version does not email it automatically.

The marketing checkbox is selected by default and clearly labelled. Untick it to decline training updates and offers. Your report is available regardless of that choice. We record the selection as submitted and the fact that the checkbox was preselected; this is separate from requesting a training discussion.

Where it is stored and who can access it

Submissions are stored on the server hosting these tools, in a private database with a spreadsheet export for authorised ASEAN People Development staff and its technical administrators. They are not published on the website. This version does not send your assessment or contact information to an AI model provider or Google Sheets.

How long we keep it

Tool submissions are retained for up to 12 months from submission and then removed by the tool. You may request earlier deletion. If you later become a customer, any separate customer records are handled as part of that service.

Your choices

After submission, a personal preference link lets you turn off marketing emails. Marketing messages should also provide a way to unsubscribe. To request access, correction, deletion or help with your preferences, email me@soohoo.asia from the address you submitted and quote your submission reference if available.

Security

We use HTTPS, restricted file access, input validation, submission limits and form protections. Essential security processing includes temporary rate-limit records and standard server access logs. We do not put your contact form content in application logs.
